This Little Light Of Mine

There is a light in me
The very essence of my humanity
That in my most serene moments
I’m certain comes from the Source Of All Being
An umbilical cord attached to Her
Providing nourishment for my spirit
A connection which cannot be severed
No matter how far I wander from Her truths
Marking me forever as one who shares in Her divinity
